Manage categories
Choose a ledger, then add or remove the revenue and expense categories used in its entry form.
Units of measure
Add the units (kg, bags, liters, pieces, etc.) available when logging a quantity on an entry for this ledger.

Today, access works two ways: a system-wide admin/member role (managed under Users) and per-ledger owner/editor/viewer roles (managed under a ledger's Manage team). A dedicated screen for defining custom roles and finer-grained permissions will live here.
